Simple Admission Process

We make joining our academic family as clear and seamless as possible. Follow these six straightforward stages to complete enrollment.

Submit the completed physical or digital application form attached with all necessary verification transcripts.

Interaction & Test

Nursery to Class II experience an informal meeting, while candidates for Class III+ take an age-appropriate aptitude evaluation.

Selection & Confirmation

Acceptance decisions are based fairly on academic merit, performance in the entrance tests, and current classroom availability.

Fee Payment

Finalize registration and secure placement by remitting the standard admission and academic tuition fees on time.

Orientation Session

Attend our welcoming briefing structure with student counselors and academic leadership ahead of active school term launch.

ADMISSION CHECKLIST

Required Enrollment Documents

Please prepare the following official documents to ensure a smooth, quick, and hassle-free registration and review process.

Birth Certificate

Official government-issued copy showing exact legal name and date of birth.

Report Card

Latest progress report or academic transcripts from the previously completed grade.

Transfer Cert.

Official transfer or school leaving certificate (if transferring from another school).

Passport Photos

Recent high-resolution, color passport-size photos with a neutral background.

Other Documents

Immunization charts, address proof, and identification records of parents/guardians.

School Guidelines & Conduct

Attendance & Punctuality

Students are expected to arrive by 8:00 AM daily. Excuses for tardiness or absences must be submitted in writing by a parent or guardian. Regular attendance is critical for academic success.

The prescribed school uniform must be worn at all times on campus and during official school events. It should be neat, clean, and properly fitted in accordance with seasonal guidelines.

Respectful behavior towards teachers, staff, and peers is paramount. Bullying, use of offensive language, and disruptive behaviors carry zero-tolerance consequences.

Maintaining a clean campus is a shared responsibility. Students must dispose of litter in designated bins, keep classrooms organized, and participate in classroom cleanliness routines.

Vandalism, damage to school property, or unauthorized entry will result in immediate disciplinary review and financial liability for repair or replacement.

Smartphones and personal electronic devices must remain turned off and stored in lockers during academic hours unless explicitly authorized by a teacher for educational activities.

Prior written permission from the Administration is required for planned leaves of absence. Emergency leaves must be reported on the first morning of absence via our official system.

Participation in official school co-curricular activities, assemblies, and field trips is mandatory. These programs are deeply tied to our holistic education framework.
